These terms govern your use of Reachem. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. What Reachem is

Reachem is a marketing tool that lets a business owner build a contact list, share a page, and send email updates to people who have opted in. Reachem is not a marketplace and does not take custody of anyone's funds.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your country to use Reachem.

3. Acceptable use

You may only email people who gave you their consent. You may not upload, import, or send to purchased, rented, scraped, or otherwise non-consented lists. You may not use Reachem for spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. Violations may lead to suspension without notice to protect deliverability for everyone.

4. Consent and unsubscribes

Every broadcast includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honored promptly. You are the controller of your contacts' data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them.

5. Payments and plans

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Where Reachem supports collecting payments on your page, funds settle to your own account via the payment provider's split at the moment of payment; Reachem never holds your customers' money.

6. Availability

We work to keep Reachem available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.

7. Termination

You may stop using Reachem at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms or put the platform or its users at risk.

8. Liability

Reachem is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
